Unveiling IBM DOORs for Collaborator

Collaborator continues to evolve as a premiere, peer review platform. A key component to the success of Collaborator is its supported integrations. Collaborator extends functionality beyond repository connections and issue-tracking with a new, plug-in integration with IBM’s project management solution: DOORS Classic.

With the release of Version 14, Collaborator adds functionality for the review of DOORS Classic requirements documents. We continue our integration series by looking at how Collaborator provides review options for DOORS Classic. We’ll walk through installing the Collaborator plug-in in the DOORS environment and configuring it to communicate to a Collaborator server. Finally, we will walk through a demonstration workflow, showing how to export DOORS Classic artifacts for manual review, and how to use the plug-in to create a new review, or add updates to an existing review.
