She has authored numerous papers and articles on Agile methods and transformation as well as the book, “A Practical Guide to Distributed Scrum.” Elizabeth is an inventor with 20+ patents filed and four granted. She has presented at conferences, including Agile2010, Innovate201x and the ESE2012 Conference as the Agile keynote. As a member of an IBM CHQ Agile Transformation Team, Elizabeth has coached, trained and enabled hundreds of teams. She has been a leader/co-leader of the IBM Agile Community since 2007.
is a Go-to-Market Manager who introduces both developers and managers to IBM Rational's Agile offerings. He works with university professors through IBM's Academic Initiative to ensure IBM is helping them innovate in the classroom. Prior to joining IBM’s marketing organization in 2005, Dan led testing teams for WebSphere Application Server and other IBM middleware products. He has a master’s degree in business administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and two patents granted.
