Bob has 20 years of experience and expertise in developing high-performance, metrics-driven marketing organizations. By forging strong partnerships between the sales and marketing teams, he has been highly successful in both demand generation and revenue growth. His deep knowledge of the software development world and his relentless customer focus have enabled Bob to bring innovative products to market and to create value messaging that resonates.
Most recently Bob was CMO at Black Duck Software (acquired by Synopsys), where he revolutionized the company’s marketing processes through a scalable go-to-market model that tripled revenue, re-defined the software composition analysis (SCA) market category, and drove high-velocity sales. Earlier in his career Bob held positions at well-known technology companies including Aspen Technology, TIBCO, and Intel. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
