Good customer service and support. One of the teams at my company had a problem creating Test Automations. SmartBear set up an online meeting with me, and after I demonstrated the issue, they were able to quickly find a clean solution that resolved the issue for us. As someone who was brand new to test cast management, we found Zephyr Squad to be intuitive and relatively easy to set up but complex enough to provide all the details we truly need for our end to end testing.

I work with the tool for more than a year now. It seamlessly integrates into JIRA and does what it is meant to do. If you want to raise issues and document them and work on them you definetely can go with this product. It does its job without hassles.
