Develop | Posted November 22, 2010

A recent survey by the National Retail Federation (NRF) and BIGresearch revealed that 44 percent of shoppers plan to make some portion of their holiday purchases online this season. And Consumer Reports found that 17 percent of Americans are going to shop the Web on Cyber Monday.

This holiday season, we'll be monitoring the availability and responsiveness of popular retail websites and reporting on how the sites are handling the traffic.

Can these sites demonstrate nearly flawless performance for the second year in a row? Stay tuned.
