Integration Series: Collaborator + GitLab

Collaborator can boast much of its current success thanks to its well-supported repository infrastructure. Since its nascent, Collaborator has enabled users to create reviews and manually upload their artifacts for inspection. From those early days, Collaborator has expanded its functionality with the Enterprise Client GUI, which connects to over a dozen repository systems, making review creation and updating an effortless task. The marked rise and adoption of GIT as a source control system within the review market was met by Collaborator adding webhooks integrations with the most popular of these solutions: Azure Devops, BitBucket, GitHub, and GitLab.

We continue our integration series with a deep dive into our GitLab integration. In this informative session, we’ll provide a guide through setting up a repository in GitLab, generating the required credentials to support the webhooks, and linking that repository in Collaborator. We’ll also examine the integration settings within Collaborator as well as how Collaborator and GitLab seamlessly work together to help manage and control your review workflow.
