SmartBear Heads Down Under for Second Annual Australian Testing Days Conference
On Monday, October 30th, SmartBear is headed down under to attended Australian Testing Days in Sydney for the first time. Organized by the Test Engineering Alliance of Melbourne, the conference is a two-day event focused on enabling the Australian software quality community with the tools and information they need to advance both their personal professions and innovation in the industry.
During the inaugural event last year, Testers and QA professionals had the opportunity to hear from international and local experts, including keynotes from Michael Bolton of Developsense, Canada, and well-known Australian context-driven tester, Anne-Marie Charret. Each day was filled with workshops and presentations on popular testing practices such as exploratory testing, automation and DevOps.
This year, we are excited to sponsor the event and join hundreds of testers as they learn how to navigate today’s trends and challenges through educational sessions covering topics from continuous delivery to the future of testing. With networking opportunities and workshops titled, “Your Job Is Secure, But Your Role Might Change,” attendees will also have the chance to discuss how recent advancements in software quality methodologies are impacting their careers and ultimately, their role in the software delivery lifecycle.
Recent changes in the testing landscape are altering both the role of the tester and how they need to address their day-to-day responsibilities, which is why we are thrilled to attend and introduce our suite of software quality products. From our API definition and Testing products, to functional UI and cloud-based web testing tools, as well as test management solutions, we aim to arm the Australian testing community with the tooling and information they need to continue delivering high-quality software.
We will be giving live demonstrations of our testing products, so stop by our booth to say hello, chat testing, and grab some free swag.
If you’re attending, let us know if you’ll be there!
