We’re thrilled to unveil our keynote speaker for SmartBear Connect, Andrew Fullen from Sogeti. Don’t miss his session, “The Software Development Paradox: Balancing Speed, Quality, Cost, and… Happiness?!” Read on to learn more about Andrew’s session topic and background.

End-User Happiness in the Software Development Process

Software powers our world, it touches everything we do – and as a result, every company is becoming a software company. But as software development teams strive to deliver software faster, as QA teams strive to improve quality, and as managers strive for value and ROI – how do we ensure that the software we build delivers happiness to end-users?

In this keynote address, Andrew Fullen, Country Lead for the UK at Sogeti Labs, will discuss ground-breaking research that shows how software development teams can approach the software lifecycle in a way that delivers happiness to end-users, optimize the tension between speed, quality, and cost, and also increase the happiness of the team members involved in building and delivering the software.
