As we mentioned a few weeks ago, next week (Sept. 27 - Sept. 29) we're going to be exhibiting at the 2010 Shop.org Annual Summit in Dallas. We had the opportunity to speak with Larry Joseloff, VP of Content for Shop.org, for a preview of what to expect next week, as well as some recommendations on the must-see sessions of the conference. Larry also delves briefly into one of this year's core themes--mobile--and how retailers are hungry for information on how they can capitalize on it as a direct purchasing tool and also as a cross-channel tool for things such as customer reviews, price comparisons, customer service help, etc. As we wrote about earlier this week, the opportunities created for retailers by the mobile phenomenon are extensive.
