During the first eight weeks of the program, the Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will be your primary contact. You will meet in the training room every day, work on individual and group projects, attend training sessions with mentors and have one on ones with the L&D Specialist.
During the last four weeks of the program, when you transition to the team, you will attend team meetings and start one on ones with the team’s manager.
For the entire twelve weeks, you will have a Reports To Manager assigned to you that can assist with employment questions.
After the twelve weeks, when you transition to a contract of employment, your manager will be the manager of the team that you join.
