SPEAKER: And then the final thing, and I guess this gets back to that at the end, it's just human beings doing stuff with each other. If your group does not want to do code review, and they want to demonstrate the code review is ineffective, they will be successful, right? Do a cove review, they look at it. Oh, I don't know. And then guess what? They're going to spend a lot of time and not find anything. Code review is ineffective. OK, you proved it. So clearly if people are not on board, it's not going to be effective. You're right. They've got to want to do it.
