SmartBear Software Expands Web and Application Monitoring Business with New AlertSite VP and General Manager

SmartBear Software announced today the appointment of 30-year industry veteran Neil Garnichaud as VP and General Manager to support SmartBear’s tremendous growth in the web and application monitoring business unit, AlertSite. Neil comes to SmartBear with a highly successful record in senior leadership positions in the financial and technology sectors.

Throughout his career, Garnichaud has built and managed software product development, quality assurance, customer support, and business development teams. Focused on bringing new products to market, Neil’s leadership and communication skills provide a foundation for innovation and execution. He served as chief technology officer for several organizations, including Digital Medium and PCLender.com.
